Permanent Magnet Synchronous Gearless Traction Machine

At Taj Power Limited, we utilize rare earth materials and integrate coaxial transmission technology with advanced digital variable frequency and group computer control technologies. This results in reduced operating costs and minimized energy dissipation.

Compared to conventional technologies, the gearless traction machine achieves over 33% energy savings. Additionally, it requires no lubricant replacement, eliminating grease pollution. Its low noise and quiet operation ensure a more natural and sustainable solution.

FUJI CONTROL SYSTEM

The FUJI Control System represents the advanced evolution of elevator control technology. This next-generation intelligent vector-based integrated control system incorporates several cutting-edge features, including distance control, direct parking, closed-loop vector control, CANBUS communication technology, and multi-CPU operation. Developed using C and assembly language programming, it seamlessly blends modern industrial control and communication technologies with the traditional elevator system. Compared to conventional elevator control systems, it offers superior performance, precision, and reliability, setting a new standard for elevator operation.

ENERGY FEEDBACK SYSTEM (OPTIONAL)

Taj Power Limited prioritizes energy efficiency and environmental sustainability in its product development. The innovative energy feedback system integrates advanced energy regeneration technology into passenger elevators. By harnessing the potential energy generated during elevator operation, it efficiently converts it into electrical energy and channels it back into the power grid. This system not only significantly reduces harmonic pollution to the power source but also enables the regeneration and reuse of energy, promoting a greener and more sustainable solution for elevator operations.

AUTOMATIC LIGHTING WITH ENERGY-SAVING LED LAMPS

Taj Power Limited utilizes energy-efficient LED lamps in its elevators. The lighting system is designed to automatically turn off when the elevator is not in use and seamlessly turn back on upon receiving a call command. This intelligent feature effectively minimizes electricity consumption, ensuring optimal energy savings without compromising functionality.

GROUP CONTROL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The group control management system optimizes elevator scheduling by processing multiple call commands simultaneously. It intelligently assigns the most suitable elevator based on proximity and efficiency, significantly reducing passenger waiting times.

During periods of low traffic, the system identifies areas with minimal activity and adjusts operations accordingly. Idle elevators automatically stop, turning off lights and fans to conserve energy. Alternatively, elevators may operate in a speed-limited, energy-saving mode.

The system adapts to varying traffic demands with specialized operation modes:

  • Low Peak Mode: During low traffic periods, the system minimizes energy consumption by avoiding unnecessary operation.
  • Conventional Mode: Elevators operate based on the shortest travel time and nearest elevator availability.
  • Up Peak Mode: During morning rush hours, all elevators prioritize moving to the primary floors to manage congestion efficiently.
  • Noon Mode: Elevators focus on providing enhanced service to restaurant floors.
  • Down Peak Mode: In the evening rush, the system strengthens service for floors with high exit traffic to streamline passenger flow.
